Located in Old Savage Mill. Come towards the Dive Bar and make a left, we are located on the ramp in suite 117. DEPOSITS • ALL deposits are non-refundable & deposits go towards your remaining balance. CANCELLATION POLICIES • SAME day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service. • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50%. • All No-Call No Shows will be charged 100% of service! APPOINTMENT DAY • Final payment is due in CASH or through ZELLE • A FRESH FACE IS NEEDED FOR LASHES! (no make up or oils) • There is a 10 min grace period. After 15 min, you will be charged a $15 late fee. After 20 min, your appt is cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your remaining balance. OTHER DISCLAIMERS • I do not fill in other lash or nail tech’s work. • ALL services are NON-REFUNDABLE as my time/materials were used. • If any shedding occurs within 24-48 hours of your appt please contact me & we can get that fixed! Anything after 48 hours will be considered a fill-in. YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED! IT IS TO HOLD YOUR INFORMATION IN ORDER TO BOOK AS WELL AS CANCELATION/NO SHOW FEES. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any appts cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. After 15 minutes late, appointments will be considered a no-show and rescheduling will require a new deposit. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
